has just finished inspecting water beds for a Spanish company.
Inspection was done in North China. The customer was buying
through a Hong Kong sales agent. Unfortunately there were
no pre-delivery checks and the water beds had leaks which
rendered the container load totally useless to the customer
in the Spanish market. Buyinspect had to perform water leaks
and pressure test on the waterbeds.
Also received and acted on was inspecting Portable Gas Stoves
for a US BBQ grills company. The product was being made at
Ho Chi Minh city in Vietnam. Buyinspect had to reject the
finished product because it had the wrong color, no gas cartridges
fitting and testing and bad packing. Buyinspect saved the
customer from having to junk the shipment or have expensive
rework done in the USA.
MP3, CD and DVD players are made by many companies in South
China, Buyinspect has specialists in these products doing
quality and technical checks. Some of these specialists were
former production technicians with the local Chinese companies
making these products. Many of these products are termed ODM
products-meaning the customer selects the products designed
and manufactured by the suppliers.
If you are buying television sets from Chinese manufacturers

the Chinese Test Labs run a test on the television sets to
ensure that they meet your local standards in Mexico, Middle
East, Europe. Also you need to test for component reliabilities.

have short-life spans.

user in the US and Australia require FDA approval and safety
