Some US major makers of industrial chemical pumps, liquid transfer pumps and pressure pumps have contracted work to new suppliers in North China and use AMREP China to monitor quality.

Most components inspected include metal housings, metal gears, extrusions, or assemblies. Some of these products require the use of CNC/CMM machining, investment castings, die castings or sand castings. AMREP inspections of these products require inspectors comparing and auditing supplier dimensional measurements, material composition and specifications. Our AMREP Chinese engineering inspection teams have gained experience to work on these products through training from current and past customers and working with the supplier on improving quality and specification modifications.
